Task Execution: Execute daily activities such as initiating cold calls, setting up and attending meetings, and following up on prospective leads. Log detailed information on ongoing meetings, client interactions, and the status of various leads. Feedback & Upskilling: Actively seek constructive feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and overcome client objections. Demonstrate a proactive approach towards personal and professional development by upskilling and staying updated on industry trends. Deliverables and Key Success Metrics Quantitative Metrics Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed predefined monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
